Crop Show Rules
***NOTE: ONLY ONE ENTRY PER CLASS & CLASS NUMBER
PER PERSON – (Example: You can have 1 – green apple entry & 1 -snow apple entry per person!!
Crop Show Rules
- 4-H/FFA members may exhibit in Open Class, but must prepare a separate entry.
- Exhibits should be clean & prepared for exhibit prior to entering.
- Carrots, Beets & Onions, leave approx. 1” long top.
- Red Tomatoes – no stems
- Green Tomatoes – stems
- Onions – may be peeled, but leave the root on bottom.
- Rhubarb – no leaves
- Each exhibitor is responsible to classify his or her exhibit.
- Corn needs to be husked.
Crops Awards
Awards as follows:
1st (Blue) – $3.00
2nd (Red) – $2.00
3rd (White) – $1.00
Special Vegetable Exhibit
1st – $20.00
2nd -$15.00
3rd – $10.00
*Open to clubs, organizations or individuals.
*Exhibits must consist of at least 15 verities of vegetables and fruit, not just vegetables.
